The company was created with a view to offer a wide range of top quality vessel chartering services driven by demand from its international client base.
The founders all have vast experience in marine vessel chartering and local operating requirements in the Middle East, India, Far East, South East Asia and West and East Africa.

Whilst our back office is located in Netherlands Antilles, the persons in charge of the charters are always within close proximity of the chartering activities through a widepsread network of correspondent offices and branches around the globe.

As we are a lean and well managed organization, our clients and suppliers benefit from fast decision making and flexible honest service delivery.

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR AN OWNER?

We represent a pre-selected group of owners of marine assets and provide them access to a wealth of experience and an internationally well connected network of Charterers. Dexter Offhsore  team-up on a case by case basis (cross chartering) or have management arrangements (full shipman or commercial management) for individual vessels or fleets.

Once the charter is concluded we pro-actively follow up on operations and collection of charter hire.

Dexter Offshore do not own marine assets and therefore avoid conflicts of interest with (prospective) Owners for whom we act as commercial representative.

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR A CHARTERER?

For charterers we act as Owner's representatives or disponent Owners taking full responsibility to deliver the service as agreed. Charterers will have a professional single point of contact through-out the entire charter available on 24/7 basis and benefit from the value that Dexter is able to add to the charter through its know-how and experience. This includes in depth knowledge of performance of vessels in earlier projects and the ability to get things done in Dexter's geographic presence.

Pre- and post fixture we strive to add value along the following aspects:

Most of our re-hired vessel are exclusively managed by us on long ter basis and can be competitively offered for any spot- or medium-long term charter
