A wholly-owned subsidiary of Penguin International Ltd. Founded in Singapore in 1972 and incorporated in 1976.

Penguin International Limited (“Penguin”) is an integrated marine services company specializing in the construction, repair and operation of high-speed commercial vessels. The Group operates high-speed ferry services between Singapore and neighboring countries, charter services, as well as shipbuilding and ship repair. Penguin has a fleet of more than 60 vessels, comprising passenger ferries, fast cargo vessels, offshore crew boats and AHTS.

Our marine services are backed up by two state-of-the-art shipyards, one is in Singapore, equipped with marine travel lifts up to 500 metric tons, and another one is on the Indonesian Island of Batam.
